Where no kit has been supplied and event is cancelled by the BSV or the Tutor, the class will be transferred to another date. If the participant is unable to or does not wish to attend on the new date, a full refund will apply.
Where kits have been supplied and the event is cancelled by the BSV or the Tutor, the class will be transferred to another date. If the participant is unable to or does not wish to attend on the new date, the option to return the kit is to be given and a full refund of the class fee.
International Tutors Zoom classes
If the participant has paid for the class and ordered a kit from the tutor – No refund, but they can elect to give their class space and kit to another person.
If the participant has paid for the class and NOT ordered a kit, cancellations up to 14 days before the class will incur a $20 admin fee.
If the participant has paid for the class and NOT ordered a kit and cancels less than 14 days before the class, a cancellation fee of 50% of the class cost will be applied.
Local Tutors Zoom and in-person classes

Ordered kit will be supplied to the participant along with the pattern. At this stage, the Tutor would have prepared the kit and outlaid funds.
